Is war ever necessary? Why? Why not?

No, the war isn't necessary because it cause a lot of people to get hurt and or killed. It also never solves or ens anything. When one side wins the other side feels the need to get back at the winning side and this goes on back and forth caue no one wants to be the losing country!
